Ballina Players is a leading regional theatre in NSW.
Ballina Players operates from its own theatre, built in 1984 and continually updated since then.
With theatre-style seating Players Theatre can manage up to 200 patrons, however, it traditionally operates with a cabaret set up (tables), which the public prefers, this set up comfortably accommodating 142.
OnStage enjoys a close association with Ballina Players and that link is important in developing youth awareness and involvement in Players’ productions.
Upcoming Players’ musical productions are promoted at OnStage thereby assisting youth to gain roles.
Ballina Players’ produce a Junior Production during the Summer school Holidays. In the past, many children that have attended the OnStage workshops have gone onto to receive major and minor roles for these spectacular, professional theatre productions.
